As new parents to Newlands my initial feeling and reason why we chose the school is because it’s not a one size fits all school. As a concerned parent it is reassuring that when you ring the school you actually get to speak to someone.  The school and grounds are beautiful and improvements to the facilities are ongoing.  Best of all is on those days when I pick my son up at the end of a pretty long school day and he comes out smiling gets in the car and says ‘I’ve had a great day today’!

I have been very pleased with Newlands School. I have found the transition between the Prep and Manor schools to be excellent.  With the Manor students returning to the main building for lunch and sports etc, this means that the younger siblings do still see and can travel to and from school with their older brothers and sisters. Both my daughters love the variety of extra activities they can do - ballet, modern, jazz and tap through to learning a musical instrument and even being part of the swimming club.
