FEE STRUCTURE 2011/2012

1. Registration Fee – Nursery and Main School

A child may be registered with the school for the payment of £50. This is non-refundable in the event of the pupil not attending the school.

2. Confirmation and Extras Deposit

Once offered, a place cannot be secured until we are in receipt of the acceptance form and deposit.

All deposits are refunded (without interest) after a pupil has left the school and after all fees and extras have been settled. Deposits will not be refundable if a pupil fails to attend the school. PAYMENT

Three forms of payment are offered:

1. Termly Payers

Fees must be paid in full before the first day of the term for which they are due.

2. Payment in Advance (Annual Payers)

A discount is offered for payment in advance. If you wish to pay for one year in advance, we offer a discount of 5%. Discounts are applied on net fees only and do not apply to extras. For payment of fees in advance for more than one year. Further information can be supplied by the Finance Dept.

3. Monthly Payments

Payment is to be made monthly on the 1st of each month over 12 months, commencing in the September of the new academic year. This can be by Standing Order – forms are available from the Finance Dept, or by cheque. FAMILY ALLOWANCES

Please note: The discount is awarded on the net fees.

Two children:

10% discount will be awarded to the youngest child

Three children:

10% discount will be awarded to the second youngest child

15% discount will be awarded to the youngest child

Four children:

10% discount will be awarded to the second youngest child

15% discount will be awarded to the third youngest child

15% discount will be awarded to the youngest child

NOTICE

1.Full Term’s Notice

Parents are reminded that a full term’s notice is required for:

  1. Withdrawal from the School
  2. Change of day or boarding status
  3. Withdrawal from optional extras

If formal notice is not given the appropriate fee will be charged in lieu of that notice.

The school appreciates that parents may occasionally have difficulty in meeting fee payments. Parents will always get a confidential and sympathetic hearing and are encouraged to contact the finance department, promptly if financial difficulties are foreseen.
