The Best Ever GCSE and A Level
Results from Newlands School!

Once again the Staff and Students at Newlands School are to be commended – the results speak for themselves.
Newlands Manor School in Seaford is celebrating its best ever GCSE results with 78% of candidates achieving 5 or more A* - C grades.
A number of departments secured a 100% pass rate including the Sciences, Art and Photography (recording all A*’s and A’s) and French.
Headmaster Chris Bridgman was delighted and said “Newlands School is renowned for giving its pupils the opportunities to achieve far beyond expectations. These results are fantastic, especially given the difficult circumstances the school has gone through over the last year. Students and staff have worked hard and thoroughly deserve these successes.”
A Level Results
Newlands Manor School in Seaford has recorded its best ever ‘A’ Level results. There was a 100% overall pass rate with over 50% of grades at A and B. The most successful candidate Eleanor Young, produced 2 ‘A’ grades and a ‘B’ as well as an ‘A’ grade at A/S Level.
Chris Bridgman, Headmaster, said, ‘I am very proud of these results which reflect the hard work of both staff and students at the school. In a difficult period of the schools history, these results are quite remarkable’.
