Newlands School is located on the A259, the main South Coast Road, in the famous South Downs area of outstanding natural beauty.

If you are travelling from the London area, we advise you travel on the A27, towards Lewes.

Once you reach Brighton, after the level crossing at Beddingham, take the next roundabout signed A26 Newhaven/Seaford. On the approach to Newhaven, take the fork left, signposted Denton. At the first roundabout take the A259 left to Seaford. Pass through Seaford Town Centre on the A259, continuing straight. Newlands is situated on the left hand side after Sutton Corner grange.

Air

Newlands is very accessible from two major International Airports. It is 45 minute drive from Gatwick Airport and 90 minute drive from Heathrow Airport .

Rail

London Victoria Train station can be reached in one and a half hours and Gatwick Airport is an hour from Seaford Train Station.  Seaford Train Station is a 5 minutes drive from the school.
